How do I cancel my Subscription Membership?
Please log in to Paypal and cancel the payment plan set-up.
On some occasions, when cancelling your Subscription Membership you may not be able to access your account straight after cancelling your Paypal payment plan. Typically, you are likely to have days remaining from your last payment and therefore should have access to exclusive content until your remaining days expire.

When does the payment re-occur if subscribed to the Subscription Membership?
Payment will re-occur once a month. If you have an active Subscription Membership, your Paypal payment plan would of already been activated and therefore payments will be collected automatically.

Once you have registered an account you will be unable to change your user name.
Is my user name the same as my display name when using the forums?

Ive forgotten my account password how do I reset?
If you are not already logged in click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link on the Membership Login area. Then simply enter your user name or email address and an email will be sent to you with further details on how to reset your password.
Although it is possible to change your password via your forum profile we would not recommend this. This can sometimes cause conflicts.
